• Simultaneous inspection for both surfaces of film

  The front and back are inspected at the same time with a line sensor inspection system. The defects on the back side are automatically sent to the visual inspection panel inside the machine, and the defects on the front are automatically sent to the visual inspection panel at rewind unit. • Reduce facility costs

  Shaftless chuck is adopted for unwind and rewind unit (equipped with hydraulic lifting option).
  The chuck makes it possible operate heavy web rolls directly from the cart and reduce facility costs in the plant.

• For preventing the occurrence of uninspected areas

  We propose the optimal work procedure so that uninspected areas will not occur in the inspection process.
